WEIGH-IN DAY!
Low-and-behold I was down 1 POUND!I wasn't expecting any weight loss honestly. I have been sticking to my diet but my workouts haven't become a routine yet. I am hoping to cure it this week. My personal trainer has her clients going on a field trip of sorts! It is Spring Break here in Tuscaloosa (aka "God's Country"-Neil Grantham) and our field trip is to CrossFit Innovative

I went yesterday at 5:30 and for a 20 minute workout I was huffing! It was a great workout! I am good and sore today, which is a feeling I LOVE! I hope this week's field trip will help jump-start me back into a routine!
I know I have to keep on keeping on with the diet and def get into that workout routine! After all....September is not too far away for that Half Marathon over there on the left side of the list!! And of course I didn't forget your funny for the day!
