The Beginning! And Check #2 off the List!

Well tomorrow is the big day...30!

I can't believe it is here and I'm not completely done with my list. But I think we can have some fun with that. This past week I had dinner with a few friends and decided that I might just have to create a poll and let all of you decide on one item that I need to complete as well as some other polls. Be on the look out in the next few weeks for those!

I am so excited about this!!!

UPDATES:

So I had to buy my "New Car" a tinsey bit early! The good news is that I will still be paying it off during my 30th year! Ha ha! I had an unfortunate run in with a curb and it ended up totally out my Honda Accord (or Veronica for those of you who knew her well). She is sorely missed! However with my Mom and Dad's help I quickly located a wonderful car that met and exceeded my requirements for a new car...4 Doors and an Auxilary jack! I bought a Chrysler Sebring-it is a beautiful car with leather, satellite radio, and seat warmers! I am in car heaven in this little number.

The problem is that I don't have a name for it yet! I am taking suggestions and so far I have 2: Sylvester or "Sly" or "The Rev". If you have any ideas for this fun car let me know!

Also a co-worker, we will call her Yah, gave me this crown yesterday to wear until I board the cruise ship. I am a woman of my word and am wearing it this morning and will tomorrow as well!

I am signing off until I return from the cruise! Expect LOTS of pics on the next post!!!

Explanation

This year, 2010, on the 30th of December I turn 30 years old. Birthdays have always been a lot of fun in my family! Just ask my parents about my brother’s 21st birthday that lasted 2 weeks or the ½ birthdays my brother and I had together when we were younger. We get creative and have a lot of fun!

Over the last few months I have done a lot of thinking about life and what I want from it. I know that, like many of you there, are things that I say “one day I am going to…” I have decided to knockout a few of those things during the year of 2011. I am in the process of coming up with 30 things that I want to do while I am 30.

If you are wondering why everything says that "Neil Grantham" posted-it's because I am the person who set Neil's Blog up when he was in the hospital. Everything is still in my e-mail address so we are just sharing our Blog space! :)

I don’t have the final list down, but I promise to have it up before my Birthday! I hope you all are excited about the upcoming holidays.
